On August 14, Chongqing Municipal Education Commission issued the "Notice of the Approval of Municipal Key Disciplines for Higher Education during the 14thFive-Year Plan Period" (Chongqing Education R&D [2021] No.8). Seven disciplines of our university, including Chemistry and Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering were approved as municipal key disciplines for the "14th Five-Year Plan". Compared with the 13th Five-Year Plan, the number of municipal key disciplines from our university has increased by two.
